Voice Alert System 6 is a wireless security system that utilizes Passive Infared (PIR) technology. Residential and small business security on a budget from Guardian Self Defense.
The Voice Alert system comes equipped with a PIR motion sensor, and the remote receiver (with built in speaker) base unit. Depending on your home or small business security needs this wireless security system grows with you. Add as many additional sensors as you need to cover multiple zones.
Add the optional transmitters (TXPCBB) to connect to sensing devices such as smoke alarms, motion or carbon monoxide detectors, windows, door contacts, door bells, or pressure pads. When the sensing device is triggered, the transmitter signals the Voice Alert System. The transmitter (TXPCBB-V) also has a vibration sensor that will trigger if the transmitter is bumped or moved. Can be used in conjunction with the VA-600T sensors.
How does the Voice Alert System Work?
Users can customize their own unique alert or security messages and are then notified with their distinct message when activity in a monitored zone is detected. Zone 1 could be your driveway and the distinct message could be "A car is coming up the driveway". Zone 2 may cover a main entry way. When this PIR sensor detects movement the Base Unit could play "Someone's a the front door AND trigger a security floodlight using one of the four "C" relays included in your Base Unit. Cover up to six zones by adding additional PIR sensors.
