  • Installing Kids netSAFE only take a moment. Once launched opening full screen, preventing your child from accessing any of the computer or devices menus or application. Eliminating the possible risk of your child accessing harmful content and material. Only allowing the parent to exit by entering in the parent admin password. By default the parent password is set to "password" and may be changed from the parent admin menu.  
  • The parent admin menu may be accessed by clicking on the parent icon on the top left of the application. Once clicked you will be prompted to enter the parent admin password. From the parent admin menu you may change your password, add/remove blocked websites, add/remove favorite websites, download a 7 day web history or add/remove the web address bar to prevent the child limited access to the internet.
  • Multiple safety features have been put in to place to protect your child online. In addition to the application opening up full screen, we have also installed an adult content blocker, pop up prevention and have disabled all hot keys including the CTRL keys and commands to prevent your child from minimizing or closing the application prior to accessing the parent admin password. By default the parent admin password is set to "password" Be sure once you change this password to write it down.
  • We have hand selected preloaded websites that are rated with a G rating to ensure your child will have a safe experience while online. Some of the websites include Disney, Nick Jr, PBS, Mattel, Fun Brain, Discovery Kids and many more that your child will be eager and excited to explore. The child may always return to the Kids netSAFE home screen by clicking on any of the "Home" buttons or icons.
  • To accommodate all devices we understand that some devices windows may be too small for our interactive user interface, that's why we have created a smart phone version of Kids netSAFE with all the same features and functions. We have simply created a menu to fit your devices screen from seven inches and below. We want to ensure that no matter the device you have the ability to take advantage of Kids netSAFE and install on to your device.

FEATURES:

  1. Full screen window blocking the child from accessing any menus or applications on the computer.
  2. Parent password required to exit application.
  3. Adult content blocker and Pop-up blocker to prevent the child from accessing any harmful website content
  4. The CTRL+ALT+DEL function and the mouse right click has been disabled to prevent the child from accessing any applications on the computer
  5. Parent admin menu where the parents can:
    • Change the parent password
    • Add specific blocked websites they do not wish the child to access
    • Add websites to the favorite list that the child can access from the main application window
    • Download 7 day history of website the child navigated and viewed
    • Disable the address bar function to prevent the child from visitng any additional websites
  6. On the main screen the the following functions are enabled:
    • Favorite website shortcut that displays any websites the parent has added from the parent admin menu
    • Web Browser URL - if parent has enabled the child may type an external web address that will open within the application and be protected by the adult content blocker.
    • Preloaded kid safe websites providing everything from games, movies, reading and more accessible by a simple click

Pepper spray products are legal in every U.S. state, however, there are specific restrictions imposed by a few states that prohibit online purchases.

ARIZONA: Legal. Does not appear to have a statute specific to the use of pepper spray or mace for self defense

ARKANSAS: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal, as long as, the canister size is no larger than 150 cc or 5.07 ounces. . See Section 5-73-124.

CALIFORNIA: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal, as long as, the canister size is no larger than 2.5 ounces. Sales to minors are prohibited. See Section 12403.7.

COLORADO: Legal. 

CONNECTICUT: Legal.

DELAWARE: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal as long as you are not a minor. See Title 11, Section 222(7).

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal. See Section 6-2322 et seq.

FLORIDA: Legal. See Section 790.001

GEORGIA: Legal.

HAWAII: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal for use by persons 18 and over. 

ILLINOIS: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal for use by persons 18 and over.  See Section 720 ILCS5/24-1.

NEW YORK: Online sales to NY residents is prohibited. Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal for use by persons 18 and over. No sales to minors or felons. Residents must purchase from a licensed firearms dealer or licensed Pharmacists in that state. See Section 265.25(14) and (15).

NORTH CAROLINA: Legal with restrictions. Pepper spray or mace for self-defense appears to be legal for non-felons. See Section 14-401.6.
