These guys don’t respond to their emails and don’t have a way to contact them besides email. I’ve repeatedly tried to order from them when the products I’m ordering do not say they’re restricted in California, yet I can’t place an order. No idea why. Would love to know, but I guess they’re not interested in disclosing why or having any ounce of customer service. I emailed them twice a week a part and waited another week before I wrote this.

So my first experience with Guardian was very positive, the S&W Baton was delivered on time, no problem. The baton had a little bit of a learning curve as it was disassembled but went together nicely once I figured it out. It snaps out to full length with a whip like motion & knocked back in place by tapping the tip on a hard surface in towards the handle. Takes a little practice but works great. The included holster fits well on a stiff belt for easy retrieval.
