Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we believe that we do it better than our competitors. Try our products for a full 90 days. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. Here's what you do. Get a return authorization (RMA) from us by emailing questions@guardianself-defense.com. In the email describe the issue or problem, include your order number and let us know if you want the product fixed, replaced or if you would prefer a refund. Many of the products sold by Guardian self-defense have manufacturers' warranties of varying lengths. If you have a problem with the product that was purchased more than 90 days ago, please contact us at questions@guardian-self-defense.com for repair, replacement or refund of those items.
Yes you can, but only in checked luggage. On the list of TSA Prohibited Items "One 4 ounce (118ml) container of mace or pepper spray is permitted in checked baggage provided it is equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent accidental discharge." Any pepper spray with more than 2% concentration of CN or CS tear gas is prohibited.
We accept PayPal as a payment method but their Acceptable Use Policy prohibits certain self-defense weapons including steel batons, pen knives and kubotons. If your order includes any of those items you may not use PayPal as a payment alternative. We apologize for any inconvenience.
