Here is an undercover report by MSNBC reporter Rossen who wanted to find out if air-conditioning repair men were honest. So he got a house and set up several hidden cameras to document the action. He called in six different companies to see if anything was wrong after he rigged the air conditioner with one tiny problem. The whole thing was overseen by a master repairman.
