I have contacted them by email on 3 occasions. Still no words on return procedure etc… possibly an oversight but for now, it does not look good!! Not a reflection on the product, just the support.
So my first experience with Guardian was very positive, the S&W Baton was delivered on time, no problem. The baton had a little bit of a learning curve as it was disassembled but went together nicely once I figured it out. It snaps out to full length with a whip like motion & knocked back in place by tapping the tip on a hard surface in towards the handle. Takes a little practice but works great. The included holster fits well on a stiff belt for easy retrieval.
Ordered product 5/18/25 and it has yet to be fulfilled. Sent request to customer service and have yet to receive a reply. It's 6/10/25 and I have lost all confidence that this business will fulfill my order or provide a refund. Advice to future customers: do not risk your money with this company.
Good evening, I am writing to once again try to find out an answer in regards to my order. I understand things get overlooked sometimes and people get busy. However, I ordered it May 12 and it was confirmed and taken out of my account. Your website does not say anything about purchasing items has to be at at agencies. It’s now been 15 days at the time of the email. Can you please tell me if I’m ever going to receive my items ? Thank you.

Received my Sabre Red Crossfire Gel in 05/205 only to find over a third of its 5-year shelf life expired. Manufactured in 08/2023 and expires 08/2028 -- disappointed to get aging stock for a product where freshness matters.
Wildfire pepper spray is just fine.
The Guardian company is HORRIBLE and recommended avoiding this company by ALL means.
Website states that they ship within 24 hours of placing order, not even close to being true.
Ordered on the 5th and didn’t ship until the 14th.
Sent 4 emails to the company and STILL have not received a response.
No phone number listed anywhere to call them.
I was literally starting a dispute on my credit card when I got a notice from UPS that there was a shipping label created by the company.
Horrible company, Horrible customer service.
Better to just stay away from this company and buy from a reputable company.
I’ve ordered product and still have not received it. I’ve also sent two emails in regards to it to see if there may have been a mix up. How long has someone waited for their product to be shipped and delivered? It’s already been taken out of my account online as well.
I used it to deter dogs in my yard...I sprayed the dried weeds with it..then it rained...but ,it smelled pretty potent, would hate to be sprayed in the face with it lol...
