Here's a story about how carnival operators rig their games so customers can't win. A MSNBC reporter used a hidden camera at the basketball toss to see what he could find out. He brought in a very good basketball player and out of 13 shots did make one. He watched over 100 shots with only 2 being made. The secret is the rim is not round it's oval.
