This is a story out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, where local TV station KOAA did a story about people roaming around neighborhoods dressed as security guards, Comcast repairmen and even utility workers. They do so to perpetrate a scam on homeowners and gain entry into their homes. The idea has been around for a long time but it seems to be gaining in popularity, especially with senior citizens who are more naïve.
