Dog Attacks Kill Four In Mexico City

Here is a story from NBC World News out of Mexico City, Mexico a city of 20 million people many of whom are way below poverty level. They don't have enough money to care for their pet dogs. So they let them run around loose. Recently four people were mauled to death by some of those dogs. You can read the whole story HERE It has been estimated that there are 120,000 dogs that roam the city streets of Mexico City. I have never seen a statistic on how many dogs run around loose in United States but I do know that 5 million people every year are attacked by dogs, with close to 1 million of them requiring hospitalization.
